Rick has over 25 years experience in the electronics industry.  Rick has come up through the ranks from sales engineer to owner and manager of Aurora, a multi-regional rep firm.  Rick graduated from Hofstra University with a MBA in Marketing and is a Certified Professional Manufacturers Representative (CPMR).

PA Account Manager & Management

Steve holds BSEE/MSEE degrees from The Johns Hopkins University. His design experience includes Mil/Space, embedded systems and high volume consumer.  Steve started in sales as a semiconductor FAE and later joined a rep firm as an equity partner. He formed Cover 2 Sales in the Chesapeake region in 2003 and partnered with Rick Vairo to form Aurora Cover 2 Sales in the Mid-Atlantic region in 2008.  Steve is a Certified Professional Manufacturers Representative (CPMR).

PA Account Manager

Alex has over 20 years of experience in the electronics industry.  He began his career as an account manager, was quickly promoted to sales manager and then to Vice President of Sales with a large mid-Atlantic manufacturer’s representative.   Alex is a veteran having served in the United States Air Force.  He completed leadership and advanced technical training while supporting the intelligence community.

Ronnie is an experienced sales professional with success expanding client bases and increasing sales in every industry in which she has worked.  She began her electronics industry career in distribution, focusing on electro-mechanical solutions.  In that role she excelled at creating customer relationships and exceeding sales targets.  She joined The Aurora Group in 2023. Ronnie has a liberal arts degree from Ocean County College (NJ).​
