Rick has over 25 years experience in the electronics industry.  Rick has come up through the ranks from sales engineer to owner and manager of Aurora, a multi-regional rep firm.

Rick graduated from Hofstra University with a MBA in Marketing and is a Certified Professional Manufacturers Representative (CPMR).

Bill Cavallo – bcavallo@auroragroup.net

Vice President Sales and NY/NJ Account Manager

Bill has 20 years of experience in field sales and has organically grown some of our major accounts to over $50 million in sales.  Zebra and Crestron are among those that have seen major growth set in motion by Bill.  He graduated from Springfield College with a B.S. degree and is a Certified Professional Manufacturers Representative (CPMR).

NY Account Manager/Distribution Manager

Peter has over 20 years experience in the electronics industry.  He began his career as an account manager at Future Electronics before transitioning to the manufacturers’ representative side of the business representing major active and passive component companies.  Peter graduated from State University of New York Old Westbury with a BS in Marketing.

NJ Account Manager​

Ronnie is an experienced sales professional with success expanding client bases and increasing sales in every industry in which she has worked.  She began her electronics industry career in distribution, focusing on electro-mechanical solutions.  In that role she excelled at creating customer relationships and exceeding sales targets.  She joined The Aurora Group in 2023. Ronnie has a liberal arts degree from Ocean County College (NJ).​

NY Account Manager

Bill joined the Aurora team in 2019. Bill has been selling electronic components since 1972. He worked at distributors including Cramer Electronics, Lionex, Anthem Electronics, Arrow and Bell Micro. Since 2004 he has been selling passive components for Peter Schmitt (Mfg Rep). Bill graduated from Adelphi University with a BBA degree.

Inside Sales Manager

Maryann joined The Aurora Group in 2005 and is responsible for inside sales and customer service.  She has over 25 years of experience in the electronics industry and attended Adelphi University.

Inside Sales – Data Management

Denise has been with The Aurora Group since 1991.  She is responsible for inside sales in Metro NY and for all data management in all locations.

Director of Accounting & Human Resources

Barbra has over 20 years of experience in both public and private accounting.  She is a graduate of SUNY.
